By purchasing or using credits within the Chat Groups bot on Telegram, you agree to the following:
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe via an external checkout link. You will be redirected outside of Telegram to complete your transaction.
Upon successful payment, credits will be added to your account within the Telegram bot. Processing may take a few seconds to complete.
All credits are subject to an expiration date, which may be extended by topping up before expiry. Expiry applies to your entire balance, including previously purchased credits.
We are not responsible for credit loss due to:
Group deletion or removal
Changes in admin roles or permissions
Being banned or removed from a group
Technical errors, service outages, or bugs (including those affecting Telegram or Stripe)
Group-based (pooled) credits are tied to the group where they were purchased. If that group becomes unavailable, any unused credits may be forfeited.
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or terminate credit-related functionality without prior notice.
By purchasing credits, you agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for managing your balance and group environment.
The $ChatG token is an optional utility token designed to unlock premium features within the Chat Groups AI platform. It is not a security, and does not represent ownership, equity, or rights to any financial returns in any entity.
By acquiring or using $ChatG, you acknowledge and agree that:

Credit purchases or credit loss under any circumstances
Third-party links or affiliate content
Service downtime, data loss, or security breaches
Chat Groups and its chatbots operate on Telegram but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram. All trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
